Refund and Returns Policy for Erudhkart

At Erudhkart, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our premium Ayurvedic health, wellness, skincare, and beauty products.

Important Note: Due to health and safety regulations, all Ayurvedic products and supplements on Erudhkart are strictly non-returnable. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, please inform us at erudhkart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video, and we will send you a free replacement at zero extra cost.

1. Strict No-Return Policy (Health & Hygiene Regulations)

Due to health, personal care, hygiene, and safety regulations, all Ayurvedic supplements, health oils, creams, personal care, and skincare products sold on Erudhkart are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or product dislike.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received (Replacement Only)

We perform rigorous quality checks before dispatching your package. However, if you receive a package that is damaged during transit, defective, or contains a wrong product:

– Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video (showing the shipping label, original sealed parcel, and opening of the package) as proof.

– 48-Hour Notification: Please report damaged or wrong items to our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing erudhkart@gmail.com with your Order ID and unboxing video/photos.

– Free Replacement: Once verified and approved, we will dispatch a fresh replacement product at zero extra cost to you. 

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it or before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
