Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered

Return Process

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
